if you're looking to learn more about outlawry, here are some good places to start. this is not an exhaustive list (i am but one humble outlaw), and it is heavily skewed toward my area of expertise, which is outlawry in Europe (especially England) and America. but outlawry knows no geographical or temporal bounds - i am always excited to learn about outlaws from other places and times and will happily add them to this list!

Robin Hood and Other Outlaw Tales, edited by Stephen Knight and Thomas Ohlgren
this is the best compilation of British outlaw stories on the web and is routinely cited in academic articles. some of the earlier tales are in middle english, which makes them harder to read, but the later ones are easier, and Knight and Ohlgren provide excellent notes, glosses, and introductions.
